I was a very nervous patient but the dentist listened to my concerns kindly and I felt listened to and valued. I now don't get so worried about a visit to the dentist because everything is explained to me and they put me at ease. Thank you.

My experience with Dr Sarah Mussell has been fantastic she made me feel at ease and helped me through a painful dental emergency and a filling. Both times I was well informed and the work they did was truly fantastic! Could barely tell I had a filling afterwards as they did such a good job! Thank you so much!

Dentist was caring and listened to me. Receptionists were very friendly and welcoming.

I was collected on time from the waiting room by Sue and escorted to her room. Sue then explained the issue with the tooth and the treatment that was required. The whole procedure was carried out with care and every effort was made to make sure the procedure was carried out as painlessly as possible. After carrying out the procedure, Sue explained what she had done, the cause of the tooth decay and how to reduce the risk of it recurring in the future.

Clare, and her colleague, was amazing..as a highly anxious patient she showed such kindness, was reassuring and explained procedures as she went along.

Hygienist and staff always aware of my needs

Sue Walker is my Denist she is excellent and helpful and very professional.I was very pleased.

As a nervous patient I normally see Rebecca who is excellent and really looks after me but I had to be referred for an impacted tooth extraction which I was very nervous about but she referred me to Reg who does some of the more complicated procedures and he was so good really confident and made me feel in safe hands. I am now day 5 after the procedure and have followed the good advice given and happy to say apart from a little ache the first few days I am healing well with no pain. Big Thanks to Reg and his assistant for doing what they did, also to Rebecca for the referral and Lorraine on reception who spoke to me before answering questions etc and followed up the day after to check I was ok, such a great team of people, I can’t recommend them enough.

I lost a crown at 11.00 am, saw reception at 12.00 noon and hah my crown replaced by 13.15 hours. Great service and very professionally delivered.That is why I value and recommend Envisage.

I was somewhat apprehensive as I had not been to a hygienist for some years but Phillippa was amazing. She explained everything clearly and above all, she was very gentle and there was no pain during the treatment :)

I never dread going to see a Rebecca my super dentist., my implant crown broke eating a soft chocolate. It has been glued back snd safely back where it should be! Dentist and her assistant were cheerful, friendly and always put me at ease.

Knowledgeable, listened to my needs, gave me lots of options and put my mind at ease. Answered my numerous questions in great detail, didn’t feel rushed
